Coaches, like myself, did not have the resources or the time to completely commit themselves to each and every individual player when it came to this. Over time, I found that with effective video analysis players were able to learn and grow their IQ exponentially. However, not all players knew what they were looking for when it came to successfully putting together video. When you look at the majority of “Highlight videos” they are missing so many elements, and players run the risk of being passed on due to its lack of quality clips. Great players were being overlooked and missing out on College recruiting opportunities because of poor positioning. This is why I started SAM.
